SRL Traffic Systems Ltd, based in Middlewich, Cheshire, are delighted to be exhibiting the ‘Seeing is Believing’ event on the 19th and 20th November 2014, at Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, which is being supported by the Highways Agency.

‘Seeing is Believing’ aims to encourage awareness and understanding of the innovative products and technology that maximise safety and free-flowing traffic on motorways and roads effectively and efficiently. The show will also include both outdoor and indoor events.

SRL will be launching their Urban64, a semi-permanent (temporary) and multi-function control system for temporary, multi-signal traffic lights at the event. SRL’s Urban64 system allows users to build their own pedestrian and traffic light layouts and programmes bespoke to user’s site-specific requirements.

The Urban64 also has the capability to run up to 64 signals on 32 phases, as well as the ability to link into the local UTMC system to enable the Urban 64 to be part of the city network, and SRL have highly trained, dedicated specialist crews to install the system on-site. In addition to the launch of the Urban64, SRL will be showcasing their new 7.5 tonne trucks which enable the semi-permanent systems to be transported anywhere in the country.

We have invested heavily not only in the system, but in two specially commissioned 7.5 tonne trucks that will enable us to deliver the Urban64 anywhere in the UK”.
