If you experience a problem or fault with our traffic lights getting it resolved quickly is in everyone’s interest including SRL.

Whilst SRL are often the manufacturer and owner of the equipment they will be hired and maintained by a Traffic Management Company or Utility Company who will be responsible for faults and maintenance whilst the equipment is on the road. You will be able to identify who’s responsibility they are by either a “site apology board” detailing an emergency contact number or by looking on the back of the road signs to find the name of the “TM” company to contact. Unfortunately SRL are unable to attend the site without first being instructed by our customer.
