Support Services Maintenance

As part of the SRL service we provide free “in your depot” servicing and maintenance and depending on hire quantities this could be as often as twice weekly to every month.  

We fully inspect all of the systems present on the day of our visit and complete repairs and servicing in line with our customer request. Safety is SRL’s number 1 priority. All our systems are inspected and tested before going on hire, to ensure they continue to meet the relevant legal requirements and operating standards as defined by Govt specification.

We have a long established “refurbishment service centre” near Newcastle to ensure our equipment is in tip top condition. Here, we replace any parts on our systems so that our systems represent SRL and our customers to the highest standards we expect of our equipment.

Our highly-skilled and specialist traffic light operatives are fully trained “in house” and well equipped with all the tools for the job along with all necessary replacement parts on their vans. This ensures that if the call is for a repair or service SRL get your traffic lights back up and running as fast as possible.

SRL have a dedicated trailer centre to complete service, repair and refurbishment of our fleet of 1,500+ trailers, ensuring they are fully serviced, safe and MOT'd for road use at all times. We operate a roadside support service 24/7, and every depot and service vehicle is equipped with the necessary spare parts.
